Sometimes for Something New, you just have to keep your eyes open and believe what they see.
This morning as I pulled onto the parkway in front of my office, I saw 2 deer running across it, then up the hill. When I got to my building, and parked, I heard some shouting from the median in the parkway. They came running up the median, and the mowers who were working there, drove the mower off the curb in their surprise.
It was almost surreal to see the deer in this urban setting. I was startled at how fast they ran, and how quickly they disappeared.
I always feel like the universe is pulling my leg and making sure I'm paying attention when things like this happen.
